To enable network control of your TiVo device
1. Navigate to the Network Remote Control screen:
Devices on TiVo Experience 3 (Software Version: 20.x. or earlier)

Devices on TiVo Experience 4 (Software Version: 21.x.)

TiVo EDGE TiVo BOLT TiVo Roamio | MENU > SETTINGS > HELP > ACCOUNT & SYSTEM INFORMATION > MEDIA ACCESS KEY |
2. Highlight Enabled and press Select.
3. Press Thumbs Up three times.
