Compatibility

The following TiVo devices support full integration with Crestron Total Home Experience Solutions systems.

  • TiVo EDGE Series
  • TiVo BOLT Series
  • TiVo Roamio Series
  • TiVo Premiere Series
  • TiVo Series3 HD, TiVo HD, and TiVo HD XL DVRs  

To use this feature, you must enable network remote control on your TiVo box.
 

Note: If your TiVo box is running software version 9.4 or higher, the network control setting is set to ''disabled' by default to ensure the security of your home network.

To enable network control of your TiVo device

1. Navigate to the Network Remote Control screen:

Devices on TiVo Experience 3 (Software Version: 20.x. or earlier)

Settings & Messages> Help> Account & System Information > Media Access Key
TiVo Premiere Settings & Messages > Account & System Info > Media Access Key

Devices on TiVo Experience 4 (Software Version: 21.x.)

MENU > SETTINGS > HELP > ACCOUNT & SYSTEM INFORMATION > MEDIA ACCESS KEY  


2. Highlight Enabled and press Select.
3. Press Thumbs Up three times.
