TiVo Experience 3: How to Add Channels to My List of Favorites

 

To add channels to your list of favorites, perform the following steps:

 

1. Navigate to the Channel List screen.

   For TiVo BOLT Series & TiVo Roamio Series: 
   Navigate from TiVo Central > Settings & Messages > Channel Settings > Channel List.

   For TiVo Premiere Series: 
   Navigate from TiVo Central > Settings & Messages > Settings > Channels > Channel List.

   For Series 3 & earlier devices: 
   Navigate from TiVo Central > Messages & Settings > Settings > Channels > Channel List.
    

2. Use the Up Arrow and Down Arrow to choose the channel you wish to mark as a favorite.

3. Press Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down to add or remove the channel as a favorite.

   

   Another way to access the Channel List screen, is by pressing Guide on your TiVo remote. Then select Channels > Use the Left Arrow and Right Arrow to choose Favorites.

For information on viewing your Favorite Channels in the TiVo Live Guide, go to How to Change the Display/Guide Options in the Program Guide. If the Live Guide is set to display Favorite Channels, the DVR will only tune to those channels when you use the Channel Up or Channel Down buttons on your TiVo remote control.

TiVo Experience 3: How to View Your Favorite Channels

 

1. Navigate to the Channel List screen.

   From TiVo Central > go to Settings & Messages > Channel Settings > Channel List, channels that have check marks and THUMBS UP are the channels that you have marked as favorites.
    

2. Press THUMBS DOWN to remove a channel from favorites or Press THUMBS UP to add it back as your favorite.

 

There's another way to view your favorites!

 

1. Press Guide on your TiVo remote.

2. Press A for Options.

3. Then choose Channels.

4. Use the Left Arrow and Right Arrow to select Favorites.

5. Press A again to use these options.

To add channels to your list of favorites, perform the following steps:

 

1. Navigate to the Channel List screen.

   For TiVo EDGE Series, TiVo BOLT Series & TiVo Roamio Series:
   Navigate from Home > Menu > Settings > Channel Settings > Favorite Channels > Press OK/SELECT on the remote to add favorite channels
    

2. Use the Up Arrow and Down Arrow to choose the channel you wish to mark as a favorite.

3. Press SELECT to check/ uncheck channels you don't receive or don't want to watch.

4. Press ENTER if this is the wrong channel lineup.

TiVo Experience 4: How to View Your Favorite Channels

 

1. Navigate to the Channel Settings screen.

   From Home > Menu > Settings > Channel Settings > Favorite Channels, channels that have check marks are the channels that you have marked as favorites.
    

2. Use the Up Arrow and Down Arrow to choose the channel you wish to mark as a favorite.

3. Press OK/ SELECT to check/ uncheck channels as a favorite. Then you can choose to display only your favorite channels in the Guide.

 

There's another way to view your favorites!
