During Guided Setup, you are asked to select your cable provider, and then you are asked a series of questions about channels you receive from your cable provider. These screens allow your TiVo device to determine which channel "lineup" you have from your cable provider. Answer the questions the best you can. If you do not know which channel is on a specific channel number, choose I'm not sure. If you choose that option several times, you are presented with a series of screens that let you choose your lineup manually. If you are still not sure which lineup is yours, select one of the channel lineups presented and use the following procedure to change it after Guided Setup is complete.

To select the correct lineup, repeat guided setup. After repeating guided setup, sometimes you will be prompted that your Channel List has changed. To change channel settings, go to Channel List screen.

On the Channel List screen, you will see all listed channels.
Devices on TiVo Experience 4 (software version: 21.x): All selected channels appear in the Guide and Live TV. Use the number buttons on the remote to jump to a channel. Press OK/SELECT to uncheck channels you don t receive or don t want to watch. Press ENTER if this is the wrong lineup. You will be prompted to Repeat Guided Setup. Press Thumbs Down three times and then ENTER to proceed. Follow the prompts on the screens to select your correct lineup.
Devices on TiVo Experience 3 (software version: 20.x or earlier): Press Info or Enter. You are taken to the Change Channel Lineup screen. Press Thumbs Down three times and then Enter to choose your new lineup. Follow the prompts on the screens to select your correct lineup.

If your lineup is still incorrect, repeat the steps according to the TiVo Experience of your device. If you're still unable to determine your cable lineup or you are having issues with it, you may create a report for our Lineup Specialists.
We will work with our program guide data provider and your cable or OTA broadcaster to update to update the channels or program descriptions. In most cases, changes that are made will download automatically to your DVR during a daily call. This process will take seven to fourteen business days to be completed.
