The To Do List now provides more information about why a show did not or will not record. This will help customers identify scheduling conflicts, shows that have changed times, or when someone in their household has cancelled a recording. You can also manage the To Do List online in your account at TiVo.com.

Once inside the To Do List, use the red C button on your remote to toggle between viewing all listings, only listings that have conflicts, or only listings which will record.

How do I use the To Do List?

Press Select on a recording that has a red X or a gray X to view information about the recording, as well as give you regular and Season Pass options and View upcoming episodes.

Press Info on a recording that has a red X to open the Conflict screen to see what is conflicting.

Press Info on a recording that has a gray X to open the Canceled screen to see why a show did not or will not record.

How do I remove scheduled recordings from the To Do List?
You might wish to record the program if it airs at a different time. You can see other air times by looking at the program's description. From the To Do List, select the recording you would like to view, and then select View Upcoming Episodes. To remove a scheduled recording from the To Do List, perform the following steps:
