Program Guide and Channel Up/Down Display Channels I Don't Receive: Troubleshooting

If you are seeing channels that you don't receive, either on the program guide or when you change channels, perform the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Press the LiveTV or Guide button to bring up the TiVo Live Guide. What channel list is being used?

    

   • Channels You Receive or Favorites: Continue to Step 2.

   • All: Press Enter, Display, or the blue B button to go to the Guide Options screen. Change the channel list to Channels You Receive or Favorites and press Select to accept the changes. The guide will now only show channels that you receive.

       

2. Go to the Channel List screen.

    

3. Press Channel Up/Down to page through screens and press the Up/Down Arrows to highlight the channel that you do not receive. Press Select to remove the yellow check mark next to the channel number.

    

   • You can also enter a channel number using the keys on your remote to quickly move to a channel.

   • Pressing and holding the UP/DOWN button or the channel UP/DOWN button on the remote control will scroll faster than single button presses do.

       

4. Repeat Step 3 for all channels that you do not receive. Once you have removed the check marks, these channels will no longer appear in the TiVo Live Guide, and will not be searchable in Find Programs.
