The TiVo BOLT Series Remote builds upon the classic design and introduces some new functions. It is particularly useful with SkipMode.
RF Pairing
TiVo BOLT Series Remotes can pair to TiVo EDGE Series, TiVo BOLT Series and TiVo Roamio Series DVRs using RF instead of IR. This removes the need for a direct line of sight to the DVR.
