Note: Make sure your TiVo Stream 4K is plugged into a wall power outlet using the supplied USB adapter.
If you are having trouble with activation:
1. Make sure you are entering the correct activation code.
Note: The activation code expires after 10 minutes. Verify the activation code has not expired by checking the activation code on your TiVo Stream 4K.
2. Make sure you have a steady internet connection. To check, attempt to access the internet with another device.
3. Restart the TiVo Stream 4K by unplugging and reconnecting the USB power cable after 10 seconds.
4. If you are still unable to activate your TiVo Stream 4K, wait a few minutes and try again later. If you deactivated your TiVo Stream 4K, follow the steps above.
If you are still having trouble with reactivation, proceed to:
1. Clear the app cache.
a. From Android TV Home, go to Apps.
b. Long press TiVo Stream.
c. Select Info.
d. Choose Clear Cache.
2. Clear the app data.
Note: Clearing the app data will remove app settings and other preferences.

d. Choose Clear Data.
