If you are able to see Wi-Fi networks, but cannot connect, follow the steps below.
Make sure your TiVo Stream 4K is plugged into a wall power outlet using the supplied USB adapter.
Resolution
Were there changes to the Wi-Fi network since you last connected? If so, attempt to undo the changes to see if it resolves the issue.
Make sure you are getting a good Wi-Fi signal and connecting to the correct network.
Make sure you are entering the password correctly. Try reentering the password.
Power cycle the Wi-Fi network by turning the Wi-Fi router OFF. Wait 10 seconds before turning it back ON.
Forget the Wi-Fi network.
From Android TV Home, go to Settings.
Select Network & Internet.
Select the network.
Select Forget.
Reconnect to the network.
Select Android TV Home, go to Settings.
Select Network & Internet.
Select a network.
If you are unable to see the network, choose See all from the list.
If you are using your TiVo Stream 4K in a hotel room or connecting to public Wi-Fi, such as an apartment or dormitory, you may need to contact the administrator to register the device or for additional settings.
